Leave It to Yun Zhou

"The Continent of All Spirits: Yi Yunzhou's Journey" was a story Yi An and several classmates wrote in secret on scrap paper while struggling with intense academic pressure.

They would get together and contribute ideas: one person would decide that the spirit folk were bunny cats, another that their hobby was knitting gloves. Unfortunately, they barely got anywhere with the story before abandoning it. Later, Yi An and the others entered the working world and forgot all about it.

But Yunzhou, who was about to turn eight, was changing on the distant Continent of All Spirits.

Unlike her kin, who loved a peaceful, settled life, she put down the gloves she was knitting for her companions and began dreaming of traveling and exploring. She wanted to go into the city. She wanted to see the world beyond.

Facing her relatives' reluctance and worry, Yunzhou bravely shouldered her bundle and clasped her little paws together to encourage herself. Leave it to Yunzhou!

And so, the young bunny cat unexpectedly arrived in a new world while on her way to the city.

Faced with unfamiliar scenery, a language she couldn't understand, and strange air, Yunzhou tried to reassure herself: Stay steady. Don't panic. Don't disgrace your hometown in the city.

But the city had its own rules, and eight-year-olds needed guardians. Yunzhou's journey came to a halt at the very first step.

"Hey, is that Yi An? Your little sister from the countryside has come to stay with you!"
