[Western Crossover] Witchers Don't Die in Bed

Synopsis 1: The serious explanation for the title: Witchers Only Die in Battle, Never of Old Age or Illness The not-so-serious explanation for the title: A hundred-year-old Witcher with no idea he’s a scumbag top, who keeps flirting around and accidentally leaves ex-boyfriends all over the multiverse, eventually gets “sabotaged” by his furious exes working together. Along the way, he nearly bites the dust but refuses to admit it, stubbornly insisting he’s fine. Basically, the protagonist travels between worlds, picking up way too many boyfriends, with occasional harem drama and adventures along the way (?). Synopsis 2: The Conjunction of the Spheres brought chaotic magic to the Continent, along with monsters from many other worlds. To fight the endless waves of monsters, powerful mages eventually created a breed of monster experts, made to hunt monsters: Witchers. A Witcher is both a profession and a race. They thrived when monsters were numerous, but as monster numbers dwindled, they fell into decline and nearly went extinct. Now, the space-time rifts caused by the Conjunction of the Spheres are growing more numerous once again. 1. A crossover of games and the DC/Marvel worlds. I have lots of ideas I want to write, so this will probably be pretty long. It’s just a passion project, so please leave me lots of comments (sob). 2. The main world is set about seven hundred years after the events of The Witcher 3, sometime after 2019 on the Continent. You could consider it half original, since I’ve added plenty of altered canon details. The original characters will take a while to appear... 3. Based on the outline, the story will include: Besides the main world, in no particular order: The Witcher games 1, 2, and 3 + the Witcher novels (main world) Baldur’s Gate 3, A Song of Ice and Fire, Hades 1 and 2, Our Flag Means Death, What We Do in the Shadows (TV and film), The Vampire Chronicles, Good Omens, Love, Death & Robots, Doctor Who, Van Helsing, Merlin, Kingsman, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, Divinity: Original Sin 2, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, Stardew Valley, Dave the Diver, Pirates of the Caribbean, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate (more to come) 4. Serious in tone, with the main plot taking priority and romance secondary. Not a one-on-one pairing, and not for readers who require exclusive pairings. The Witcher’s choice is to have them all (clasped hands.jpg). 5. This is a chaotic crossover stew by an author who loves older men. Digital paper uncles are the best (roaring.jpg). 6. Original characters generally won’t be killed off. If it seems like I’ve killed one, wait for me to fill in the missing pieces later. Canon couples generally won’t be split up, but I may add someone to the mix (?). 7. I’m thinking the first world he transmigrates to will be Greek mythology.
