Love at First Sight, But She's a Villainess

Shen Tingyao was given the role of a vicious supporting actress. She should have been able to retire in triumph after completing her final mission, but she nearly drowned in Yunmeng Marsh.

What she didn't know was that her rescuer was Jing Ci, the merman she'd once abandoned and insulted. She'd also accidentally swallowed half of his merman pearl.

Back at the Shen residence, she thought she'd be returning to a dull life of household intrigue. But the appearance of a white cat completely overturned the world she knew.

She couldn't understand why, when she first met the white cat, he asked her three questions about the Sea God.

She didn't know any Sea God.

She couldn't understand why she could fall asleep in the water.

She couldn't swim, and had nearly drowned before.

She also couldn't understand why the male lead's younger brother, Ji Wuxue, demanded that she marry him and tormented her in their room every night.

She'd never had anything to do with him, let alone offended him.

Then pale blue scales like fish scales grew on her legs. Then a deep blue tail brushed against her calves. Ji Wuxue was no longer Ji Wuxue, but...

The Sea God Jing Ci the white cat had spoken of.

"Shen Tingyao, don't think you can wipe the slate clean between us just because you've forgotten our grudge."

His long tail pinned her beneath him. She no longer had legs, only a fish tail like Jing Ci's.

His palm slid down and rested against her lower abdomen. "My merman pearl is in here."

"Want to change back?"

"Beg me. Or... please me."
