Wuxia Crossover: A Stream of Cold Water

(Opening after the next book)

Lu Xiaofeng finds a young woman who has lost her memory.

She seems to be hiding clues related to something he has been investigating lately.

The moment she wakes up, she calls Lu Xiaofeng her older brother. Forced into the role, he is about to face the mocking stares of the entire martial world.

Then he runs into the young woman's real older brother, and all the brothers are smiling.jpg

Lu Xiaofeng: Aaaah, this has nothing to do with me! I don't want to be her brother either.

(He only wants to be her lover.)

After their many clashes, Lu Xiaofeng has already fallen deeply for her.

But he has no home but the world, and she is his close friend's younger sister.

-

Ruan Shuangxi stole a priceless treasure from the imperial palace and was badly wounded when Lu Xiaofeng found her.

She hides her identity and pretends to have amnesia, but discovers that he apparently doesn't remember her at all. So she lies through her teeth and makes Lu Xiaofeng believe every word.

What she never expected was that Lu Xiaofeng was completely sincere.

And her?

She's simply a jinx.

Her parents passed away, and so did her master and his wife.

Everyone who was once kind to her, and everyone she grew close to, died. She never dares stay in one place for more than two years.

She feels unworthy of his sincerity and can't face him, so she can only flee far away.

-

Who could have guessed... As she was leaving, she saw Lu Xiaofeng. He had known all along.

"Miss Ruan, you've been deceiving me for a long time."

"But I'm a jinx."

"So what? People always say that trouble follows me, Lu Xiaofeng, wherever I go. But trouble has never scared me."

To him, she was never trouble, much less a jinx. She was a treasure, the woman he loved.

1. The roguish, four-browed Lu Xiaofeng x Ruan Shuangxi, a jinx and a little liar

2. Apart from the Golden Peng Dynasty arc, this does not follow most of the original novel's plot

3. One-on-one romance throughout. Extreme romantic tension ahead. Their relationship won't be smooth sailing, and the heroine is incredibly stubborn and terrible at expressing herself.

4. Ruan Shuangxi is Hua Manlou's cousin. Their relationship is purely brotherly and sisterly.

5. To be decided

Theme: Sincere love deserves sincere love in return
