[HXH] Do You Want to Be a Hunter Too?

Among millions of people, you meet the person you meet.

In the boundless wilderness of time, across millions of years,

not a moment too soon, nor a moment too late.

There is nothing else to say, except to ask softly,

"Oh, are you here too?"

You don't know where you came from. You only know that when you opened your eyes, you were in a place that looked suspiciously like a murder scene.

The refined, classical decor announced that the owner of the room was someone of no ordinary status. You looked up. At the center of the scene was a red-haired clown with his hair standing straight up. He had just efficiently dispatched a well-dressed man, and vivid scarlet blood sprayed across the clown's face as he raised it to look at you.

Oh no, you're screwed. That was your first thought. The increasingly heated gaze of the red-haired clown confirmed it.

But perhaps it wasn't your time to die. You survived.

You met a group of friends, and together you grew and gained so much.

Growth often came with growing pains, but you were grateful you never gave up searching for your moon.

And the moon never gave up on you.

A few things up front:

1. A coming-of-age story, slow burn, with a light ensemble feel. Every character has their immature moments, but they'll grow over time. The relationship is friendship before adulthood. The male lead is a certain white-haired kitten.

2. I'm a new writer and still learning to work with words. I hope you'll be gentle when offering suggestions. I'll do my best to improve too.

3. I don't want to write the characters out of character, but everyone may understand them differently. There may inevitably be plot points that don't suit every reader's taste. I'll do my best.
