After the Person I Hate Lost Their Memory

Lin Wanyue doesn't like her older brother, Bai Anyu. She hates his cold, expressionless face and thinks he's a total tough guy. Of course, she knows Bai Anyu hates her, too. They've known each other for three years, since high school, and he has never once called her his little sister.

An unexpected phone call tells her that Bai Anyu has lost his memory after being hit by a car. The doctor mistakes her for his girlfriend. Looking at Bai Anyu's detestable face on the hospital bed, she decides to play along.

She can't wait to see the awful look on his face when he regains his memories and realizes all the stupid things he's done.

When Bai Anyu was young, he had a quirk: the more nervous he got, the less he spoke, and the colder and more aloof he seemed. As a result, Lin Wanyue grew to dislike him, and he pushed her farther and farther away.

In Lin Wanyue's eyes, once Bai Anyu recovered his memories, he went right back to being calm and distant, as if he could walk away at any moment. Lin Wanyue also didn't tell him that she was going abroad for an exchange program.

Later, at a hotel in a foreign country, Lin Wanyue sank into the bed as Bai Anyu held the back of her neck and kissed her senseless. He pinned her against his waist and held her close between his ribs, feeling that only then was he finally whole.

Bai Anyu was struck by a freak accident while walking down the street. When he woke up, he had amnesia, and his memories stopped in middle school. He opened his eyes to a beautiful face in front of him and thought he was still dreaming. Countless times, he had peered through the glass of the dance studio, watching the graceful figure of the girl who owned that face.

“Oh no, oh no, I hit him so hard he doesn't even recognize his own girlfriend.” The driver sounded frantic, thinking Bai Anyu had lost his mind.

Bai Anyu didn't remember how they had gotten together, but she was his girlfriend now.

Looking at Lin Wanyue, he felt a secret joy well up inside him.

Before losing his memory, the male lead was a cool, aloof top student. Afterward, he became a clingy, possessive puppy with a touch of the green tea type.

In high school, the leads weren't on the same household register: one lived with her mother, the other with his father. By the start of the story, their stepparents had divorced, and they were no longer related by marriage.
