[Western Crossover] The "C" Secret Identity System Builds the Underworld's Biggest Organization

Tracy Wayne is Bruce's older sister in this world. Yes, the famous Wayne family. She's trying to hold their broken family together.

Why "this world"?

Because Tracy Wayne knows all the Warner worlds and various other anime worlds. She thinks she's broken the fourth wall, like a certain unspeakable red mercenary.

She knows her younger brother Thomas will die before he is born; their parents will be shot dead in an alley that was called Park Row before it became Crime Alley; and her other younger brother Bruce will become "the big bat," wheezing as he flies around.

As for her, she doesn't even know where she'll die.

Fortunately, although she doesn't have the red mercenary's immortal body, she does have a "C" System.

Inside it are starting bodies for [Sherlock Holmes], [Earth-Three's exclusive Joker], [Stark], [Xavier], and others.

Why starting bodies? Because these characters have the same abilities as their official counterparts, but everything else, including their looks and gender, is determined by a roulette built into the System.

Tracy begins to suspect that the letter "C" is a hint that this System is a "Counterfeit," "Cheap," or "Crappy" one.

...Great. Doesn't it seem like the odds of her and her family surviving just got even slimmer?

One of the few good things is that by controlling [Xavier's] body, she can use his or her abilities to control all the other characters' bodies.

Great. Time to clear the {Gotham Hell Dungeon: Take Her Family's Lives Back from Death!} One life only, no exceptions!

Years later, Bruce is investigating a global organization called "C," whose stance is neither wholly good nor wholly evil. Its leader, however, has taken the initiative to request a partnership with the JLA.

The League's members arrived early and prepared themselves for the meeting.

Right on the agreed time, the "C" organization's key members and their leader showed up.

The organization's South American director was a German man with light brown hair and gray eyes. He wore a gaudy suit jacket, had no tie, and a reactor beneath his shirt glowed blue over his chest.

The European director was an American woman with blond hair and blue eyes. She wore a double-breasted long coat and carried a pipe. Out of respect for the meeting, she had left behind her top hat and cane.

The Middle Eastern director was a Japanese woman with a deathly pale face, green hair, and green eyes, dressed in the traditional costume of a British court jester. Apart from her height, nothing about her gave away her nationality.

The North American director and deputy were a Russian man with white hair and blue eyes. It might be rude to say so, but this gentleman had kept both his hair and his legs, yet insisted on using a wheelchair.

Objectively speaking, they were all very dedicated to their cosplay.

By the way... could the "C" in this organization's name stand for cosplay?

Last was the organization's leader, the only one who didn't flaunt their role and the only one who had never shown their true face. But this time, she revealed her real appearance.

The big bat met the sudden, concentrated stares of the League members and looked steadily at Tracy Wayne.

Tracy smiled.

"Bruce, you won't even call me your big sister."
