Dazai Osamu is the boss, Oda Sakunosuke has not left the Port Mafia, Black Akutagawa and Black Atsushi. The Port Mafia is a miraculous world of overwhelming awesomeness.
The Prince of Tennis author favors Rikkai, so Rikkai has sixteen consecutive Kanto titles and three consecutive national titles, though they don't feature much.
Also, time in Detective Conan doesn't flow normally. The world conceals all the irregularities related to the Detective Conan timeline.
The early chapters have some awkward, formulaic parts, at least in my opinion.
