Geto's Younger Brother Has Something to Say

Complete. Check out my upcoming novel too~ "The Old Ivo Next Door at 221B." Mycroft is the top. Main story blurb: Xia Youyou has known since childhood that something is wrong with this world. Not because his older brother can see filthy things and he can't. It's simply because this world is terrifying. Murderers, bombers, and all kinds of criminals crop up every other day. A childhood friend is involved with the yakuza, the wild guy he met outside seems to be a cold-blooded killer, and even his pen pal is an executive in some Black Organization. How is an ordinary person supposed to survive in this world?! Worried sick, Xia Youyou decides to prepare for the worst. Well, since things have come to this, he might as well write a will first. He uses his will as a diary. Then, at the age of twelve, he suddenly awakens memories of his previous life, along with the voice of a mysterious presence. Good news: He has a System! Here comes his cheat ability! Bad news: The System is defective. All it can do is play music and all kinds of trash movies and TV shows inside his head. Xia Youyou: ... What good are you?! Having recovered the memories of his previous life, Xia Youyou decides to give up and just do whatever the hell he wants. In the eyes of a certain Curse Manipulator, his little brother is kind, sincere, adorable, well-behaved, and full of love for life, despite his poor health. He's the very best little brother in the world. So one day, after a mission, he meets up with his best friend at a bar, only to see someone onstage dancing wildly and radiating charm. He freezes on the spot. 5T5 nudges his best friend. "Hey, is that our frail, considerate, sweet, well-behaved little brother?" Geto's silence is deafening. Ahem. Here, you'll find "Farmer Uncle 5T5," "Undersea Lich XYJ," and "The Hedgehog Megumi and His Whole Family." Toji: Hold on, I have something to say. I thought I was the romantic lead. Why don't I get a line in the blurb? Xia Youyou: Probably because your name doesn't fit in with the others. The author's obsessive-compulsive. Me: Yes~ Toji: ...Fine. Great. Pairing: Papa Toji Note: The top is the main character, and he's a sweet, gentle top. Important, important, important!!! Megumi's mom is in the story. They get together several years after she dies, with an age gap of about ten years. The author's tastes are open-minded but niche. Original settings and out-of-character portrayals. My personal take on the setting~ Mainly Jujutsu Kaisen, crossed with Bungo Stray Dogs and Detective Conan. The story builds slowly! Slowly! Lots of slice-of-life scenes, focused on family affection, with plenty of brotherly closeness~ The proportions of family, friendship, and romance are, in my opinion, 5:2.5:2.5. The protagonist has a cursed technique, but its nature means no one notices it at first. He's actually very strong in a fight, but he likes to play the fool and doesn't have a clear sense of his own abilities, so that won't be apparent early on. Theme: Accept yourself and the world, imperfections and all.
