When they go out, her roommate dresses prettier than anyone else and keeps asking Chen Xiyan if she looks good that day.

And that's not all. Her roommate likes pretending to be weak, asking Chen Xiyan to support her when she's tired climbing a mountain, or to feed her water when she's sick.

This time, Chen Xiyan doesn't bother looking it up. She's sure of it.

Tang Yi'an has had a crush on a girl who lived next door since childhood, but later the girl moved away, and they were separated.

She thought she'd never see her again, but in the year before senior year of high school, the girl came back into her life. They even ended up in the same class and the same dorm room.

Tang Yi'an had never been this close to the goddess of her dreams, and she nearly passed out from excitement.

To get closer to her goddess, Tang Yi'an pulls out every trick in the book. When the countdown reaches zero, Chen Xiyan, dark circles under her eyes after days of agonizing over it, decides to make the first move.

Chen Xiyan asks her to meet on the little rooftop terrace above the classroom. Taking a deep breath, she says, "Fine, I accept!"

Tang Yi'an, finally free of her green tea reputation and ready to confess again with a gift in hand: "Huh? You agreed to be my girlfriend?"

"Yes... Wait, weren't you going to cut ties with me?"

Tang Yi'an: "?"

Chen Xiyan: "??"

They stare at each other, both completely baffled.
