I'll start this one after Wealth God's story is finished. The worldbuilding is too vast, and the author hasn't written much pure plot-driven fiction, so I want to hone my writing skills first.

Everyone on the Jiuyou Continent could reach the heavens, until the "Godslayers" offended the gods. In their fury, the gods severed the bridge to heaven, and from then on, the Jiuyou Continent became a land forsaken by the gods.
Hoping to reopen the bridge to heaven and ascend, the people brought out the Heavenly Book and learned the identities of the four "Godslayers."
Feng Ling had just arrived, ready to join her younger brother and friends in watching the commotion, when she unexpectedly saw their names written in the Heavenly Book.
Feng Ling, with her meridians severed and gasping after every few steps: ?

When Feng Ling opened her eyes again, ten years had passed. She learned that she had died a decade ago, pierced through the heart by ten thousand swords. Her death had been gruesome, and tales of her "heroic" deeds were being told all over the Jiuyou Continent.
Freshly resurrected, Feng Ling was terrified and trembled as she tried to keep her secret identity hidden.
When Feng Ling learned that her friend Xiu An had been beheaded by her cultivation partner, who had "put righteousness above family":

When she learned that her younger brother had become the long-lost young master of the Wu clan, where his parents showed him no affection, and that he was about to be sacrificed in place of the impostor young master:

The male lead's backstory:
Xie Yujing's life began with scavenging food from a slop bucket.
Others called him a wretch and a ghost slave. He was a lowly night laborer, ground into the dirt.
Then Elder Sister appeared. She came wreathed in light and pulled him, filthy and humiliated, to his feet. Her fingertips brushed his chin as she said softly, "From now on, your name is Xie Yujing. Yujing, as in the jade of pure, shining beauty."
From that moment on, he became her believer. Even if he were a moth flying into a flame, he wanted to die by her hand.

A serious, plot-driven story, not a typical wish-fulfillment novel. There are both sad and happy moments, and the flavors are a little mixed.
