No High-Risk Species Allowed

Because of personal circumstances, I left this book on hiatus for too long, so I won’t be putting it behind a paywall. If I can get back to it, I’ll release it as a free story. This was a personal fantasy project I worked on in my spare time. Thank you all so much for adding it to your collections.

An outwardly harmless, actually catastrophe-class terrorist seme × a cool, beautiful, tragic human weapon uke

In the future, electromagnetic storms descend upon the world.

Thousands of species mutate, wreaking havoc on human civilization.

A hundred years later, humanity wipes out most of the aberrant species and declares victory.

Shi E is just an unremarkable-looking mushroom creature.

His “owner” is an exceptionally handsome man with half a mechanical arm.

But just after Shi E wakes up, his owner is hunted by humans.

The sound of countless guns and cannons erupts as a giant humanoid mech bears down on them.

Shi E: !!!

He’s barely been born, and already he’s about to kick the bucket.

Just then, he watches as the man expressionlessly splits the mech in half with his bare hands.

With! His! Bare! Hands!

That’s seriously messed up.

He’s sticking to this guy for life!

Ji Yunchen was once a renowned S-rank general of the Alliance. After eliminating countless catastrophe-class aberrant species, he was about to retire.

But after his victory, instead of retiring peacefully, Ji Yunchen was hauled before a tribunal by order of the Alliance.

The charge: half his blood was aberrant, so he should be sentenced to death.

Ji Yunchen defected on the spot and fled the old capital.

Before leaving, he remembered to take along the mushroom he’d found in the wild. It was the last thing his master had left him, along with a warning to nurture his human emotions.

He figured that raising a mushroom and protecting it might awaken his love as a male human.

And so they arrived in the new city.

Perhaps there were no more catastrophe-class aberrant species in human society, Ji Yunchen thought.

Then the aberrant tide broke out again, and countless A-rank aberrant creatures flooded into the new city. To make ends meet, Ji Yunchen applied for a job as a local special operations officer.

Whenever he was injured, the mushroom in his arms would wrap its soft, harmless black tendrils around his wounds.

Until one day, the aberrant creatures trembled like leaves whenever they saw Ji Yunchen.

Ji Yunchen: “?”

Am I really that terrifying?

To awaken Ji Yunchen’s “love,” the harmless-looking mushroom suggested, “I read a book recently called How to Make You and Your Special Someone More Loving. Want to hear about it?”

Ji Yunchen: “Oh? What does it say?”

Shi E: “First, you have to get intimate with me.”

Ji Yunchen: “…”

Shi E: “Then, kiss me.”

Ji Yunchen: “…”

Shi E would never tell his owner that he’d made the book up.

But when he looked up at Ji Yunchen, he saw the man blushing, still cool and serious as he said, “About what we did last time, I’d like to experience it more carefully. Could we do it again?”

Shi E: “…”

Shi E keeps wondering whether he should tell Ji Yunchen that he’s actually a catastrophe-class threat.

It’s so hard.

Both leads are overpowered!

If you’re a die-hard impartial fan who insists on treating both leads exactly alike, this one isn’t for you! They spoil each other, and the affection is intense.~

Theme: Love is the most beautiful thing in this world.
