The girl in the photo had a baby face, with a round, adorable smile and cute little dimples.

She didn't look female at all, just like a male, the golden-haired female soldier thought. Yet her hand had already saved the photo to her optical computer without her realizing it.

Why was she as weak as a male? The female soldier's eyes curved into a smile. Her gray-green gaze rested on the girl hauling her luggage, filled with involuntary delight. After ordering another insect to help her, the female soldier turned happily and headed for the control room.

Giving her an optical computer, adding her as a friend, teaching her the interstellar language... Andrea was no longer content with watching the girl's every move from the control room. She wanted to understand her heart.

At the lectern, their eyes met again, those amber eyes Andrea had once glimpsed through a screen. The corners of Andrea's mouth lifted into a small smile of their own accord.
