The Evil God's Blessing

[Haven't thought of a blurb yet, so here's a character setup for now. I'm making myself some high school boy food.]

[Sarcastic, cold, evil god high school boy × shameless, penniless slum-dwelling mad dog]

In this cyberpunk world, faith in and reverence for the gods have long been forgotten, including for that evil god.

He had watched coldly from the sidelines for many years. Now, He decided to bestow the evil god's "blessing" upon this crumbling world, but unexpectedly came across an ugly, weak little dog, covered in wounds with patchy fur.

The dog was close to death. Looking at Him, it managed a sycophantic smile and pitiful tears. Save me. I'll be loyal to you, stay close to you, and love you, just like the other dogs...

Unfortunately, He heard the voice of the soul within:

As if. I'll bite to death anyone who tries to be my master.

He sneered and walked away. Behind him came the foolish dog's thoughts: You don't even like an adorable dog like me? There must be something wrong with you.

He stopped.

Perhaps before healing this sick world, He should first cure a dog suffering from a distorted self-image and stunted intelligence.
