My Crush Mistook Me for Someone with a Boyfriend

Jian Yuchuan realizes his secretary might be into him. He often looks at him openly, and is adorable yet knows his boundaries both online and in person. But... it seems the other guy has a boyfriend. * Qiu Nian is handsome, comes from a good family, and graduated from a prestigious university. As soon as he left school, his mother packed him off to a friend's company, supposedly to help him gain experience. After a while, a new CEO suddenly arrives at the company, and Qiu Nian, now the CEO's secretary, officially has to say goodbye to his leisurely days. Then they meet for the first time. The new CEO has broad shoulders and long legs, cool, aloof features, and a face so handsome it makes Qiu Nian's legs go weak. Qiu Nian is gloriously love-struck at first sight. On his friend's advice, Qiu Nian makes some subtle moves. After a while, though, Jian Yuchuan starts looking at him in increasingly peculiar ways. His friend bluntly declares that Qiu Nian is definitely being kept as one of several options! After much soul-searching, Qiu Nian decides his friend has a point. He's ready to dump the scumbag and head to a bar for a drink with his friend. But halfway there, Jian Yuchuan suddenly storms in, forcibly drags him away, and pins him in the room next door. Under the shifting lights of the bar, Jian Yuchuan grabs him firmly by the waist for the first time, his voice restrained and heavy. “Giving up already?” He takes a deep breath. “Go back and end things with him properly. I... won't get involved with someone who has a boyfriend.” When Qiu Nian stays silent, he presses his lips together, as if willing to settle for less. “All right, then. I can talk to him myself.” As if he'd struggled with some decision and made a concession. Qiu Nian: ...???
