Yun Xiu recently discovered something amusing: his favorite author, Piaomiao Xian, had been plagiarized.
The plagiarist was a rising author, and the book they'd copied was about to be adapted for the screen. They were brazen and insisted they hadn't copied anything.
Piaomiao Xian simply left a calm comment: The innocent will be vindicated. They seemed too unconcerned to make an issue of it.
But Yun Xiu couldn't let it go. He put together a comparison chart and posted it online, setting off a heated debate.
He'd been plagiarized too, and had been unable to get justice. That experience had led him to fight against plagiarism.
Yun Xiu never expected that the landlord who helped him when he was thrown out of his home was none other than Piaomiao Xian.
He expected even less that his landlord would develop feelings for him.
Yun Xiu had never been attracted to men, but he couldn't explain why. The longer he spent with his landlord, the more he found himself falling for him.
Together, they take on the plagiarist, and their feelings for each other grow intense.
[Little notes]
* The title has no special meaning. It just means launching an attack on plagiarists.
* Contains some fantastical elements.
* Not a wish-fulfillment story. It's a slow-burn, serious drama.
* Plot-focused, with no explicit content.
