Unspoken Matters

Han Muxiao, a celebrity second-generation whose claim to fame is being “the son of a famous director and actress,” makes a triumphant return to China. Like a boulder dropped into a lake, he stirs up the entertainment industry and brings a series of dramatic changes to Liang Suiyu's acting career, which had been quiet for years.

Han Muxiao is making a new film and invites Liang Suiyu to play the second male lead.

Han Muxiao says he doesn't know how to act and asks “Teacher Liang” to come to his room at night and give him some personal instruction.

Han Muxiao says Teacher Liang works hard on set and tells him to take a nap in his business van during breaks.

Han Muxiao even wants to shoot a magazine spread with him...

Some people say Han Muxiao is trying to create a CP with him. Others say Han Muxiao is genuinely pursuing him. He's half a foreigner and a spoiled rich kid, so he doesn't understand the meaning of keeping a low profile.

Later, Han Muxiao really does tell him, “Teacher Liang, I like you. I've been following you for years.”

Their eyes meet, and they understand each other without a word.

After all, they knew each other's identities from the very beginning.

Why did Liang Suiyu fall from the peak of his looks and fame?

Rumor has it that, as a disciple of Director Han, he shamelessly seduced the famous director to get ahead. This drove the director's beautiful wife to attempt suicide in a moment of despair, ending in a tragic tale of a beauty dying young.

If that's the case, how could Han Muxiao possibly love him? And how could he believe the so-called love the other man professes?

But Liang Suiyu says, “All right,” and actually accepts Han Muxiao's advances.

Sure enough, before long, Han Muxiao calls him what he truly thinks of him in bed:

“Bitch.”

Reader advisory: For the sake of the plot, Han will top Liang the first time.
