A higher-dimensional monster named "Nightmare" invades the full-dive online game Blood Rain Jianghu. It conspires with Leng Rufen, a game boss, to imprison all the players, incite them to fight and kill one another, and then devour them one by one during the daily settlements.

At first, Meng Xiaocao, whose parents are both dead, has simply been swindled out of all her money. She hides in the game and shuts her eyes, waiting to die.

Then one day, the devouring settlement fails to begin.

A monster from a painting vs. a pitiful artist abused by her husband

The pitiful artist is constantly abused by her husband. Fragile and alone, she retreats into the world inside her paintings, unable to fight back against reality.

But one day, someone from the painting steps out...

"He" takes her husband's place and claims her in secret.

When the seventh day passes,

the Black Tide dissipates, transforming into a humanoid mutant with countless grotesque faces surging in its shadow...

"It" gently and carefully takes Su Xiao'an's hand and presses it against its cold, clammy cheek. Its eyes brim with dark, fathomless fervor as it rasps:

"...If I put a wedding dress on you, will you belong to me?"

At that moment, Su Xiao'an realizes that somehow, dawn has come...

The apocalypse that should have doomed humanity...

has passed just like that.

Only later do people learn that, amid seven nights of ceaseless, gentle whispers, the violent and restless monster gradually learned to comfort, hold hands, embrace, protect, warm, possess... and love.

The eternal night of Earth's apocalypse melted away in seven of the gentlest dreams.

1. This is a collection of nonhuman romance stories. The stories listed above are the current plan, though their order isn't fixed, and the description may change at any time. There may be more stories in the final version, but there should be no fewer.

2. The stories and the characters' thoughts will be corrupted. Each story includes some elements of suspense that aren't exactly terrifying, and the overall tone is dark and sweet.
