The man stands tall and straight as bamboo, blocking out the sunlight. His handsome, sharply defined face is lost in shadow, his expression dark and cold.

He slowly pins her against the hard carriage wall, leaving her no way to retreat. His long, elegant fingers brush her cheek as he says coolly:

“Where does A Luo want to go? Why not keep lying to me?”

“You wanted to abandon me for someone else from the start, but in the end you still chose me. Since you chose me, do you really think you have another chance to find him?”
