Pray for Summer

Ever since kindergarten, Xia Miao had considered Jiang Yuhuai her greatest enemy.

At school, Jiang Yuhuai offered to let her copy his homework.

Xia Miao: He's up to no good. He's waiting to report me to the teacher. Only an idiot would fall for it.

When they started dating, Jiang Yuhuai kept interfering and ruining her romantic prospects.

Xia Miao: This is unforgivable. Everyone will have to find someone someday. Just you wait, I'll get even.

And yet he put on such a good act that all the elders in their families praised him to no end. When they reached marriageable age, their families immediately agreed: "Childhood friends who know each other inside and out. It's a match made in heaven."

Xia Miao had been determined to refuse, but then she thought it over.

Wasn't this the perfect chance for revenge?
