The Girl Sacrificed to the Evil God [Nonhuman]

[Devoted worshipper, naturally dark-hearted girl x evil god, chaotic-evil tentacled monster]

Ali grew up in a village nestled among the mountains. She was raised in the mountains and had been able to wander freely through the woods since she was little.

Ali loved her mountains, and she knew there was a god living there.

When the mountain breeze brushed against her, it was the god gently caressing her cheek. When dew fell into her hair, it was the god playing with her.

That was Ali and the god's secret.

Ali wore her brightest clothes as she was offered to her god.

The god descended into the mist.

In a daze, Ali was wrapped in vines. A presence darker than darkness swept over her, and a thick, sinister gaze stared into her very soul.

A voice sounded beside her ear. "Were you the one who kept calling me...?"

The vines explored Ali from head to toe as the god spoke haltingly.

"Ali..."

Premise: Even the weak can have a god who belongs to them alone.
