My Blind Date Is a Bit of a Hothead

Zhou Yun had fair skin, delicate features, and a slender waist. She was a beautiful young woman and an elementary school teacher with a stable job.

After she turned twenty-five, her friends started getting married one after another. The elders in the Zhou family grew anxious and began setting her up on all kinds of blind dates, but none worked out.

One day, Zhou Yun was visiting her parents when she passed a construction site. He Chun, the site's contractor, spotted her at once and began asking around about her. When he heard she was going on blind dates, he took the initiative and came to meet her the very next morning.

Zhou Yun was still asleep when her family dragged her out of bed.

"He's a construction contractor, and he seems pretty nice."

Since he was already there, she might as well meet him.

After washing up, Zhou Yun went out and saw the man sitting in the living room, chatting with her father. He was wearing a white tracksuit and looked very tall. Even sitting down, his long legs seemed to have nowhere to go.

He had sun-kissed skin and handsome features, and looked to be in his early thirties.

He was powerfully built, like a tiger coming down from the mountains.

The Zhou parents were very pleased with He Chun, and immediately set the two of them up: "Yunyun, the scenery by the river is lovely. Take He Chun for a walk there."

So Zhou Yun took him to the river.

As they walked, Zhou Yun could feel He Chun's eyes on her the whole time.

At thirty-one, He Chun had never even held a woman's hand. Men working on construction sites rarely saw women. When a sow was mistaken for Diao Chan, imagine how he'd react to a fresh, lovely young woman like Zhou Yun.

When their eyes met, Zhou Yun shivered involuntarily. If she really ended up with a man like this, she probably wouldn't survive long.

Elementary school teacher x construction contractor

Inspired by a character from one of my old quick transmigration short stories. I'm planning to expand that story.
