Background
The Second-Level Regions Joint Council's version: The highest authority, acting in the name of all humanity's five second-level regions and their collective reserve lands. It monopolizes communication with the Client, controls the matter-energy converters provided by the Client, and holds the rights to distribute all supplies outside the first-level region. Its highest goal is to please the Client and use the Client's technology to make human life more comfortable.
(The customer is always right, and the Client is our daddy. Pleasing our benefactor is our highest guiding principle. P.S. The Anti-Contract Group is a band of terrorists. Rewards offered for reporting them.)
The Anti-Contract Group's version: A team made up of humans dissatisfied with the Client. Declared an illegal organization by the Second-Level Regions Joint Council, it seeks to drive the Client away and restore Blue Star to human rule. Its highest goal is to drive away the Client and restore Earth's original state, with humanity as its master. Humans will never be slaves. Three hundred years in the west of the galaxy, three hundred years in the east of the galaxy. Never look down on a poor little planet.

The Client's version: % @ ? % ? % ¥ glug glug, then snore snore (The Second-Level Regions Joint Council: Can't understand it? That's right. How could mere mortals like you possibly understand our Client Daddy? The Anti-Contract Group: Lackeys!)
Notes:
1. This work is entirely fictional and has no connection to reality.
2. Humanity's 10% reserve land isn't all in one place, but is scattered across the corners of Blue Star. The reserve lands are divided into six levels, and the higher the level, the greater the share of supplies.
There is only one first-level region.
There are five second-level regions.
There are varying numbers of third- through sixth-level regions, but each has over a hundred.
A region's level has no relation to its size.
Theme: The day heroes vanish is the day all living beings awaken.
