The Scent of Camellias

This is a story about love that arrives unexpectedly. It begins with passion, yet is destined to yield to affection. Because of him, because of them, so many stories were filled with hope. In the eyes of others, the wheels of fate turned only because of one seemingly pointless act. But to me, they were a measure of the warmth found amid all kinds of people. Do you remember how you loved to pick up the kapok flowers, their petals dyed red by the evening glow? Do you remember that Christmas Eve, when you lingered for ages, unable to give away the apple you had brought? That seemingly humble affection was filled with boundless love. Because of him, in my spare time, I gained a few figures pretending they couldn't solve the problems, and a few more who seemed indifferent but whose eyes were full of affection. I worked hard to become his light, warming others and brightening my own way, until I became a part of his life...

Theme: Many stories from our youth have been passed down through the ages.
