Kuromine Soramichi, 17, is an utterly ordinary high school student from a single-parent family. He gets along well with his father and occasionally works part-time at his father's company.

He's somewhat well-known at school. First, he's in the spotlight because he's friends with a certain great detective, and being the best friend of the Heisei Holmes makes it impossible to stay unnoticed. Second, thanks to his father's good looks and his own slow reactions, he's earned the nickname "Teitan's Most Oblivious Beauty" among the girls.

The great detective, the only one to see the truth, scoffs at this: Soramichi isn't slow to react. He just has a severe case of indecisiveness.

Kuromine Soramichi himself doesn't really care, and politely declines the various self-help books about indecisiveness that Ran buys for him. That's because the real reason for his indecision is a little secret: he has a future simulator.

Whenever he's faced with a choice, several options appear in front of him, and he can preview the different futures each option leads to. Because the calculations require a lot of data and the System is short on space, the simulator always lags. But aside from making him seem slow, it doesn't cause any major problems, so Kuromine Soramichi has simply made do with it.

Until... his ordinary school life and his part-time job clash a little.

In a corner of Tropical Land.

"S-Soramichi?" Down below is the great detective, collapsed in pain.

"You deal with it yourself." Looking up, he sees his father, cold-faced.

Kuromine Soramichi furiously taps the simulator and sees the most glaring words he's ever encountered.

The police academy squad: "Shizuo, calm down! Put the streetlight down first!"

[Information Broker]

An information broker who loves humanity and enjoys observing people. He wanders between the black and red sides to indulge his interests, pushing the conflict along from behind the scenes and watching until he gets dragged into it himself.

"Fascinating, fascinating! I really do love humans the most!" The handsome young man with a sunny expression toys with a folding knife.

The liquor company: "We can't kill him, and we can't recruit him. What do we do?"

[Underground Doctor]

While practicing medicine in Beika Town, the underground doctor joins the liquor company in an attempt to awaken his lover, who can't move in the world of Detective Conan. But to outsiders, he's just a pervert sweet-talking a headless female corpse.

"My wish? I just want to be fused together with her, never to part again. That's all!" The doctor, who wears a white coat even in his everyday life, pushes up his glasses.

A certain Reaper: "Hey, hey, what is Shinra nii-san's girlfriend like?"

Wait, what do you mean, a headless female corpse?
