My Father Is Actually the Disgraced Crown Prince

Ruan Tao's father was a charlatan who told fortunes on the street. Ever since she was old enough to understand, Ruan Tao had to come up with all sorts of ways to act as his stooge.

When she was sixteen, her fortune-teller father suddenly revealed himself to be the former crown prince, who had once been exiled and had now reclaimed his position.

Ruan Tao went from an ordinary girl to a royal princess.

The first thing she did after becoming a princess was summon Lu Huai, a rich playboy who was always bullying her, to serve as her personal attendant, then torment him in every way she could.

But Lu Huai would go along with her in public and get his revenge in private. On the day of her wedding, he even beat her groom into a pulp right there in the street.

Ruan Tao was so furious she whipped him, but he let her hit and scold him as he carried her off to the Eastern Palace to ask her father for her hand.

Ruan Tao: "???"

She would never marry him! She'd rather stay unmarried for the rest of her life!

But Lu Huai said, "If you'll marry me, I'll kneel and wait on you every day from now on."

When she hesitated, he provoked her. "Don't tell me you're scared?"

Ruan Tao: "...What would I be scared of? Fine, I'll marry you!"

But after she married him, she realized that the "kneeling and waiting on her" he'd promised was nothing like what she had imagined...

Ugh! What a shameless bastard!
