Gazing into the Abyss (Full-Dive Crime Investigation)

Gazing into the Abyss is a 100% immersive full-dive game jointly developed by the nine leading tech companies of the Blue Star Alliance and the Blue Star government's Department of Science and Technology.

The game's AI, Mozi, was created using online criminal case files, surveillance footage, criminal records, interviews with criminals, criminology, anatomy, and creative writing. During the trial phase, thousands of volunteers, retired public security officers, and serious criminals completed the first round of closed beta testing.

The open beta will begin two months later.

According to rumors, the serious criminals scored far higher than the civilian volunteers and retired officers. To restore the Public Security Bureau's reputation, its director decided to personally give 100 invitation accounts and full-dive game pods to 100 exceptional candidates.

Ling Feng, a former public security officer disabled in the line of duty, received an invitation account. That same day, he got a text from an unknown number with no IP address: I'll be waiting for you in the game. The Abyss.

Meanwhile, his best friend, suspense novelist Zhao Sui, also received a game invitation and entered the game as a civilian.

Theme: Never give up the pursuit of justice and ideals.
