[Genshin Impact] Brother-Con Meets Brother-Con

The CP in this story is with Wanderer.

Beelzebul was minding her own business in the Plane of Euthymia when a male soul suddenly appeared beside her.

She couldn't hit it or kill it.

To get rid of it, she had no choice but to take up her old craft and make a puppet.

Although this was her "first time" making one without a physical model, somehow it felt strangely familiar.

A new "puppet" emerged: male, short, with long hair.

He looked a little familiar.

She rolled up the soul and stuffed it inside, and thus acquired a son.

She named him Raiden Guoan, meaning "peace and prosperity for the nation."

His nickname was An.

An was very well-behaved, but one day he suddenly vanished from Tenshukaku, and there was no sign of him anywhere in Inazuma.

Meanwhile, far away in Sumeru, the Wanderer suddenly found himself with a mischievous "little brother" who was always bouncing around and annoying him so much he wanted to kill him.

His full name was Raiden Guoan, also known as Raiden An.

All I originally wanted to do was pick up some odd jobs and occasionally rob the Fatui, earning enough to support my big brother. But then I accidentally got tangled up with a strange Archon.

She told me to feed her until she was full.

What are you thinking? She wants me to find couples to feed her. It, not her! It's an it!

Forget it, I won't explain.

Anyway, besides finding a boyfriend (or girlfriend) for my big brother, I also have to collect the seven Dragon Balls (just kidding), seven couples. At least one person in each couple must have a Vision. What, you say an adeptus? Even better.

The main story is written in third person.

Chapters 41-168 were previously VIP-only. If you've been following along, please make sure not to reread them. Thank you all so much for your support!

You might not understand the first half of the prologue, so feel free to skip it.

The details will gradually come up in the flashbacks later.

The story begins after Cyno's second Story Quest, after Sethos has appeared.

This is an impromptu story. Don't expect airtight logic or a rigorously researched timeline. I'm just here to ship characters.

An will eventually return to his own body.

Things to keep in mind

1. An has a mental illness, and had it in his previous life too. He is genuinely ill, and experiences hallucinations and self-harming tendencies (don't imitate him). Because of a certain Archon's influence, he'll get increasingly unhinged in the middle of the story. He'll improve later. If you find An and Honggu's actions hard to understand, remember one thing: An is crazy, and Honggu is a huge liar. (The author is crazy too, just kidding.)

2. The younger An in the blurb has a personality from the early-to-middle parts of the story. He was well-behaved in the very beginning.

3. Slow burn, very slow burn, extremely slow burn!! A mix of sweet and painful, very slice-of-life. If it weren't for the bit of plot and the fact that it's not farming, I'd have tagged it as a farming story.

4. An's worldview doesn't represent that of the dumb author. You can try to spot the author's real-life inspiration in the story.

5. Limited writing ability, just making my own food.

6. I'll say it one last time: it really is very slow burn. I've decided this is going to be a very long story.
