Flowers Bloom in Spring

Yu Xi's first impression of Xie Xinghuai was average: a rich young master, childish, impulsive, born to need a nanny at his beck and call. Ordinary people should stay as far away from him as possible.

Later, she thought the young master was incredibly lucky. With a heart so pure, how had he managed to live so well in a powerful, wealthy family?

Xie Xinghuai's first impression of Yu Xi was also average: a hopeless romantic, not thinking straight, decent-looking, but with a terrible personality.

Later, Xie Xinghuai started dreaming about Yu Xi twenty times a month. A little baffled, he decided to test the waters and see how Yu Xi felt about him.

The first time he asked Yu Xi out to eat, they spent two hours together. For an hour and a half, Yu Xi talked to him about work; for the remaining half hour, she evaluated the restaurant's business prospects.

The second time he asked Yu Xi to go shopping, she did her best to help him, then wished him luck on his blind date when they were done.

The third time, following a bad friend's advice, he tried to indirectly ask what Yu Xi thought of him.

The next day, Yu Xi handed him her resignation letter.

The young master was devastated. His unrequited love began its journey of testing the waters one day and chickening out the next.
