Liu Xingchen: We already broke up.
Shi You: We didn't.
Liu Xingchen: Fine, I dumped you.
Shi You: Then look me in the eyes and tell me you don't love me anymore.
Team Leader: Whether you broke up or not... could you finish the mission first?
There are many phenomena that science cannot yet explain, such as unknown creatures that defy the laws of nature and strange occurrences people call hauntings. These are known as "paranormal phenomena."
The Paranormal Discovery and Management Office, or "Paranormal Phenomena Discovery and Management Office" in full, is a specialized agency responsible for investigating and handling such cases.
As a member of the office, Liu Xingchen is himself a paranormal phenomenon.
He is immortal and cannot die, no matter what injuries he sustains.
Liu Xingchen has lived for over a thousand years. Even the highest-ranking leader at the office has to address him respectfully.
Liu Xingchen has always done as he pleased. Over his long life, he has treated the world as his playground, coming and going whenever the mood strikes.
Why do people always say immortality is a curse?
It's insanely great!
This time, on a whim, he started dating a young man. After a few years, he was ready to break up, only to discover that he couldn't.
Shi You: You keep decorations in your house for decades, but you're ready to toss me aside just like that?
Liu Xingchen: What nonsense, kid... Do you think you'll outlast them?
An unconventional second-chance romance.
A chaotic episodic story about two people chasing each other (romantically) while continuing to work together and carry out missions.
P.S.:
1. Younger seme, but with an age gap of over 1,000 years.
2. The seme is obsessed with men; the uke is a closeted nutcase. They're made for each other, so respect their relationship and let them stay together forever.
3. There may be quite a few triggers. If you feel uncomfortable, please stop reading immediately and seek medical attention if necessary (?).
Theme: The world is vast, and full of wonders
