My Archenemy Is Carrying My Child

Mu Yu'an is a rare Qianyuan in the Xia Kingdom, and has even risen to the position of prime minister. The person she despises most is Lin Yanyue, who uses her mother's influence to curry favor and climb the ranks. And yet Lin Yanyue has a lovely, delicate face, as fresh as a lotus. With willow-leaf brows, red lips, and fair skin, every frown and smile of hers draws attention. Whenever Mu Yu'an sees her, she freezes for a moment before managing to put on a stern face and scold her for playing around all day and leading the princes and princesses astray. Lin Yanyue is an utterly ordinary Zhongyong. Without her mother's connections, she would never have been made tutor to the crown prince. The person she hates most is Mu Yu'an, who is always lecturing her with that stern expression. Whenever the two meet, they inevitably trade barbs. Until one night, after a banquet. Drunk and entering her heat, Mu Yu'an marks a Kunze in the confusion. She intends to marry the Kunze, but when she wakes, there is no one beside her. Lin Yanyue only seizes on one of Mu Yu'an's weaknesses so she can mock her to her face. Instead, she accidentally gets marked by Mu Yu'an. When she wakes, afraid someone will discover her identity, she hurries home. She then pretends nothing happened, doing everything she can to dispel Mu Yu'an's suspicions of her. One day, she suddenly realizes that her period seems to have stopped. She immediately knows she's in trouble. (The female lead has no sidekick.) 1v1, both first-timers, accidental pregnancy and running away A few notes on the setting: A = Qianyuan, B = Zhongyong, O = Kunze.
