An Ordinary Person Like Me Is Hailed as a Heaven-Sent Prodigy in the Cultivation World

Xuan Qing was born blind. If he had been born into an ordinary family, his life would have been miserable. But he was lucky: he was born in the cultivation world and had a family who cherished him like a treasure. After all, to keep him from feeling down, his family told him he was a heaven-sent prodigy with peerless talent. He was destined to ascend to the Immortal Realm and become an Immortal Venerable. Xuan Qing was devastated. He couldn't see, and to keep him from becoming pessimistic, his family had even gone so far as to tell such an outrageous lie. So Xuan Qing decided to leave home and join a sect to learn cultivation. But when he arrived, he found that the sect elders, just like his family, all believed he was a heaven-sent prodigy. Sigh... If you're going to lie, at least come up with a better excuse. The whole world is putting on an act for my sake. I'm obviously a good-for-nothing, yet everyone mistakes me for a heaven-sent prodigy. This is a problem. Theme: Don't be discouraged
