Qing Wanzhi is a mirror demon. The Immortal Alliance imprisoned her for countless years.
Her memories grew confused and her mind grew unstable, until the day floodwaters engulfed the Immortal Alliance.
The first thing she did after escaping was seek revenge.
So Qing Wanzhi deliberately threw herself into the arms of Song Lingxue, the current leader of the Immortal Alliance, and became the regretful white moonlight of her life.
But of the four faces in the mirror, which one was the white moonlight?
Qing Wanzhi didn't know. So in spring she became a gentle healer, in summer a charming spell cultivator, in autumn a flamboyant musician, and in winter a cold-faced sword cultivator, until Song Lingxue finally couldn't take it anymore.
The sword cultivator tore open her clothes, the musician played straight to her ears, the spell cultivator stole her sword, and the healer tricked her out of her pills.
When she realized she had been seen through, Qing Wanzhi simply reverted to her true form. But Song Lingxue's eyes reddened and her voice trembled as she asked pitifully, "Who are you, really?"

After recovering from her serious injuries, Song Lingxue felt she had forgotten something. Even her only known master had left her without an answer before dying.
As time passed, this puzzlement faded away amid year after year of eradicating evil.
Later, floodwaters engulfed the Immortal Alliance, and a hundred demons escaped.
During the pursuit, she encountered the person who had teased, flirted with, and deceived her when she was young. There were so many people, but she later learned they were all one person. That person's appearance left her lost and shaken, her whole body turning cold.
Who are you, really?
Why is it that one look at you makes me want so badly to...
kiss you?
