The Cat in the Animal World Misses You So Much [Animal Quick Transmigration]

[Pure animal stories are a pretty niche genre, so this one will stay up for a while. Later, I may post a series about cats in a fantasy animal world.]

Deep in the tropical rainforest, the indigenous people of a primitive tribe who worship cats offer up many fluffy deities in murals on the walls of their stone temple.

There, a kitten goddess named Bastet is born. Full of energy, she gets up to mischief in children's dreams and basks in the sun in the dreams of the elderly.

Until invaders trespass on her land. To drive them out and protect her territory, Bastet chooses to die alongside them.

When she opens her eyes again, she finds herself lying in the snow, with a brown bear glaring at her from across the way.

Bastet: Meow?

Then the bear chases her until she nearly falls off a cliff.

As a tigress carries her back to its den, Bastet realizes she seems to have become a different kind of kitten...

And so the vengeful little cat starts adding all kinds of beasts to her menu, until she rules every animal world.

Later, new legends spring up around the human world: animals with golden eyes are born to be kings.

Bastet, whose eyes are golden in every new life: Meow, meow!

Quick transmigration worlds: Amur tiger or Bengal tiger, king of the savanna lions, panda, and more to come. I may also write about animals that aren't apex predators.

Reading guide:

1. Female-led story, no romance. The animals do not turn into humans or speak. This is a pure animal story.

2. The protagonist is a cat goddess, but after she transmigrates, there are no fantasy or supernatural elements. This is mainly to preserve the animals' wild and innocent nature while allowing room for human-like intelligence and growth. Essentially, they're still felines.
