Bound to a Farming System After Entering a Wasteland Novel

When Lin Jingfeng woke up, he found that he had transmigrated into a wasteland novel with a hellishly high survival difficulty.

Food was scarce, water was polluted, the land was barren and impossible to farm, plants and animals had mutated, and the climate was abnormal.

The weather cycled constantly between sandstorms, snowstorms that blocked the roads, acid rain from the sky, and temperatures of fifty degrees.

Humanity struggled to survive, but luckily, he was bound to a farming System.

Anything planted in the System would appear in the wasteland the next day in a different form.

Lin Jingfeng spent all night planting potatoes, and the next day he dug up cans of mashed potatoes.

The cans were battered and long past their expiration date, but the mashed potatoes inside were rich and delicious.

Then the System told him there were no seeds left.

Lu Xiao was the commander of E Base, a human settlement for survivors.

Many years ago, he had been bound to a seed-and-livestock System.

But in the wasteland, there was no land left that met the System's requirements for farming or raising livestock.

One day, the System, silent for many years, suddenly came online and said someone wanted to connect with him to discuss a deal.

[Hello, how much do potato seeds cost?]

Lin Jingfeng was lucky enough to trade for seeds to grow.

He spent his days risking his life to scavenge for food and his nights working hard in the System.

Just as he was about to take a break, the System started issuing a reminder.

[You reap what you sow. Host, you've been resting for one minute. Please get up and start farming.]

At the same time, the person who had sold him the seeds connected to hurry him along.

[I need fifty cans of mashed potatoes tomorrow. Can you deliver?]

Lin Jingfeng dropped his hoe and flopped onto the ground.

This wasn't a farming System. It was a wage-slave System!
