The Black Organization's Workplace Diary

Ruojian Juyue was raised by her mother to believe that “a girl should grow up to be a good wife.” Through her own efforts, she made it past her mother’s brainwashing, got into Dongda, and successfully landed a job at a major company after graduation.

She thought she’d be able to make something of herself at work. But less than two months after starting, she was exploited by her seniors and harassed by her boss. In the end, she learned that the interviewer hadn’t hired her because she was better than the male candidates, but simply because he liked her face.

Ruojian Juyue: If you don’t break out in silence, you’ll go crazy in silence.

After her boss died in an “accident,” Ruojian Juyue successfully transferred to a certain distillery.

Her new coworkers are all crazy, but the atmosphere is relaxed and the team gets along well. No one deliberately pulls the plug while you’re rushing to meet a deadline, and no one steals credit for your work. More importantly, the boss treats men and women equally and doesn’t harass her.

Gin (raises his gun): Man or woman, get this job done.

She has plenty of freedom at work, great benefits, and a clear path to promotion.

Ruojian Juyue feels she’s found the distillery of her dreams. She’s going to work here for the rest of her life!

Bourbon/Gin/Vermouth/Kiant i/Kir: She’s crazy.

The above is a list of Ruojian Juyue’s victims.

The female lead is a genuine member of the organization, but not entirely straight-laced. She’s chaotic neutral, so cut her some slack. She was already broken by the time she started her first job.

My Life as a Mafia Salaryman

Tsukimiya Tsuruhiro never imagined that life after running away from home would be this exciting.

According to his original plan, he should have dutifully gotten into an ordinary university, found a stable job, then spent his evenings drinking coffee and reading, enjoying a quiet, easy life.

At the very least, he never expected to be playing “Fast and Furious” with the police on the streets, making nice with powerful figures in a soundproof private room, chatting amiably with a terrorist organization at the negotiating table, or pitting his wits against dangerous people in a foreign country...

If he had another chance, he definitely wouldn’t have listened so obediently to his ability. That was what set him on a path soaked in blood and chaos.

Mori Ogai (pats his shoulder): With great power comes great responsibility. I can’t afford to lose you, Tsuruhiro.

Tsukimiya Tsuruhiro calmly looked away.

If he had another chance, he definitely would have packed up his family and changed jobs before the previous boss died, so he could avoid ending up with his current, utterly vile boss.

But it was too late now. Tsukimiya Tsuruhiro was destined to shine in his executive position and contribute his immense strength to the organization.
