Pregnant with My Cold Stepbrother's Child

A sweet, well-behaved beauty gets into a university in a city far from home. When he covers a shift for his work-study roommate, he unexpectedly gets involved with a cold man who has been drugged.

After a chaotic night, he runs away at dawn, wanting nothing more than to put the whole absurd affair behind him.

Then his mother calls to say that her future husband has a son working in the same city, and asks him to go meet him.

At dinner, his stepbrother is stern-faced and intimidating, the complete opposite of his always-smiling stepfather.

The pretty boy keeps his head down and eats, then runs off as soon as he's finished, completely missing the way his stepbrother's gaze lingers on the red mole at the back of his neck, growing darker and more intense.

After a few more meetings, he gradually realizes that his stepbrother is thoughtful and considerate, not as cold as he seems.

Then one day, after suffering from persistent vomiting, he takes a test and discovers he's pregnant. It's like a bolt from the blue.

The pretty boy goes to the hospital alone, hoping to deal with it quietly, but unexpectedly runs into the person he least wants to see.

His stepbrother stares at the test results in his hand, his expression cold and dark. "What's going on?"

Panicking, the pretty boy blurts out the first lie that comes to mind. "...It, it's my ex-boyfriend's."

The other man's gaze instantly darkens, and his voice drops to a frightening low. "Where is he?"

"I don't know. We broke up a long time ago," the pretty boy says softly, head bowed. "He's poor... He can't afford to raise a child. I can just get rid of it."
