After everything is over, Xiao He is asked by a System working with the government to embark on a journey of cultivation through other worlds.
They call it cultivation, but really it's just another job: fighting the disruptive Time Patrol Army and making sure the "plot" moves forward.
Xiao He: "...So I'm just wandering around in manga and anime I've already read."
Kitsunegami: "Did Your Highness Xiao He just say something?"
Xiao He: "Nope."
Xiao He is the real Tsurumaru Kuninaga, but after a cruel master broke him, he became what he is now. For details, see the companion story, "After Cosplaying as a Short Sword, I Became Tsurumaru." This story takes place after Xiao He has been fully redeemed. Everyone at the citadel is a kind person.
