Everyday Life After Work with Nanami

Many years later, as Nanami sat on a beach in Okinawa, gazing out at the endless sea, he remembered the day he met Kato Shoko.

He turned his head and looked at Shoko, dozing beneath the parasol beside him.

It had been an utterly ordinary weekday afternoon.

Shoko had only just arrived in Tokyo. Before she could even make it to her first day at work, Gojo Satoru had called and assigned her a job involving a Special Grade imaginary cursed spirit. That's where she met Nanami Kento.

This sorcerer had a steady bearing unlike that of any of his colleagues, excellent work skills, gentlemanly manners, and a reliable personality.

Nanami also had a good impression of this Grade 1 sorcerer who'd just arrived in Tokyo. He was quite relieved that another Grade 1 sorcerer had joined the city to share his workload.

Neither of them could have imagined that the gears of fate had already begun to turn, and that meeting each other would change their lives...

This is a Nanami fanfic, with an original female character (OC).

The characters in this story are not mutually exclusive virgins. The original work doesn't go into this aspect, so this is simply based on my personal interpretation.

The timeline follows the anime. It begins a month before Fushiguro Megumi joins Jujutsu High and ends after the Shibuya Incident. Nanami's ending will be changed, but other characters' endings mostly won't.

I'm a huge Nanami fan. This fanfic is self-indulgent, and focuses mainly on emotional resonance. I hope to give Nanami the ending I think he deserves in this fanfic universe, but this isn't a pure, fluffy romance (you know what I mean).
