Would Shoko from Jujutsu High Like Bourbon?

My new story next door, Has Officer Hagiwara Earned Enough to Fall in Love?, is now underway!

Shoko, the school doctor at Tokyo Jujutsu High, finally gets some time off after a series of events. So she heads to Beika Town.

Having just arrived, Shoko reunites with the kind, blond waiter at the cafe, and suddenly finds herself looking forward to her vacation.

That very night, her apartment gets blown up. Ieiri: ...

Beika Town has a ridiculous number of cases. Shoko has learned this firsthand after encountering the police several times in just a few days.

Her vacation is abruptly cut short when an unusual cursed spirit appears in Beika Town. Shoko interviews for a job as the family doctor to the boss of the Karasuma Group, using the opportunity to investigate the cursed spirit.

Afterwards, Shoko regrets downing three bottles of liquor, clings to a dark-skinned man who rushed over, worried after hearing the news, and wails: I can't do this stupid job at all!

The blond, dark-skinned Public Security officer assumes Miss Shoko was deceived by a scumbag in love and holds her tightly, his face dark with anger.

Amuro had known Ieiri Shoko for a very, very long time, since he was still Furuya. His earliest memories of her have grown a little hazy.

Ieiri's grades in Japanese and history were poor, but her math grades were unexpectedly excellent. She was always mysteriously getting hurt and looked terribly unwell, yet her physical condition was surprisingly good. She was skilled at bandaging wounds and had extensive medical and pharmacological knowledge. She secretly drank and smoked. She was kind...

Before he knew it, Furuya had been watching Ieiri for far too long and far too often. That must be why he felt so heartbroken when they were suddenly separated.

Furuya touched his chest. There was an empty feeling there. Looking at Ieiri's vacant seat, he thought about it.

Furuya remembered Ieiri, but Dr. Ieiri didn't remember Furuya.

When he met Miss Ieiri again in the police academy's infirmary, he took the medicine from Dr. Ieiri and stared blankly at the face that differed slightly from the one in his memories.

Before Furuya could put his plan to get to know Dr. Ieiri and become her friend into action, she resigned and left.

The cafe door opened again, and Furuya saw Miss Ieiri once more. Her dark circles seemed even worse.

"Hello, I'm Amuro." Facing Miss Ieiri after their long separation, Furuya suppressed the inexplicable joy rising in his heart and smiled brightly.

This time, please remember me, Miss Ieiri.

The organization had a new boss. Bourbon received word to attend a meeting of the executives, and then he saw his beloved Miss Ieiri. In an instant, every thought he'd had about the new boss vanished from his mind.

Miss Ieiri likes Amuro. Could she like Bourbon too?

Furuya thought of that in an instant.

Love at first sight. Years of secret love. A triple-life, impossibly handsome working emperor x outwardly cold, secretly psychologically ill, beloved school doctor at Jujutsu High.

Reader's guide:

1. The first chapter is narrated in first person. Shoko has a serious psychological illness.

2. Tooru falls in love at first sight when he's young. Shoko is doted on by everyone, though not in the traditional sense.

3. The story includes a few flashbacks. The first chapter is in first person, and the rest is in third person.

4. Characterization may be out of character. The characters in the blurb may differ from those in the story.

5. Mainly Detective Conan, then Jujutsu Kaisen. The rest gets little page time.
