Yan Ci scribbled all over it, successfully turning that blank page black. The wolf cub who grew up wore a sheep's skin, but was black to the core, his twisted disposition inherited from Yan Ci.

The wolf cub received everything Yan Ci had to teach him, and gradually began looking at him with glowing eyes.

When they met again, the wolf cub came with a vast flock of crows. The people of Zhuyuan hated and despised him, but his strength was so extraordinary that no one could do anything to him.

Yan Ci had plenty of ways to deal with him, but couldn't be bothered to acknowledge him. As usual, he put on his mask of benevolence and played the caring big brother, wanting to see what the wolf cub was up to.

But later, the wolf cub actually dared to betray him!

Qian Luoxue doesn't understand feelings, so naturally he doesn't think his many actions toward Yan Ci count as betrayal.

Yan Ci wanted to fight him to the death, and Qian Luoxue nearly lost his life because of it, yet he felt no emotional stir at all.

But in the dead of night... his longing for Yan Ci tormented him until he went mad. He even regretted not dying at Yan Ci's hands. That way, he could have been with the man who raised him forever.

So when Yan Ci fell into danger, he saved him, determined to figure out in bed what kind of spell this man had cast on him, and how much longer this longing would keep him trapped.
