Synopsis 1:

Ever since she became obsessed with EXO in middle school, Lin Qingxia has been chasing her dream. To honor her promise to her parents, she first skipped two grades and got into the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts, then traveled all the way to Korea to audition for trainee positions.

Bad news: S/M didn't pick her.

Good news: A HYBE talent scout found her.

And so, at the ripe old age of seventeen, Lin Qingxia became HYBE's first trainee from China.

She thought she would debut with the next girl group her company launched, but to drum up publicity, they bundled her together with two other female trainees and threw them into an internal boy group survival show. Just as she finally realized she was merely a tool the company was using to attract traffic, she somehow ended up in a debut spot. Well, that was something: the boy group had turned into a co-ed group, and even Bang Si-hyuk hadn't seen that coming.

Lin Qingxia

Born on May 25, 2002, in Chengde, Hebei, she is one of the so-called "Kong Yiji" generation and often sighs that her friends are so childish.

Her mother liked Brigitte Lin, which is how she got her name. Unexpectedly, she looks very much like Joey Wong.

She received training in various forms of Chinese opera from a young age and is now a Yue opera actress in the Lu style. Her fans call her "Opera Talisman." Since she also shares a birthday with Pleasant Goat, she has another nickname: Little Joy.

Because of her poor eyesight and mild night blindness, she loves to munch on a carrot whenever she has nothing to do. Her fans exclaim, "She's the rabbit of my dreams!" But her official animal persona is a panda.
