The operator introduced himself as Dazai Osamu. After hearing her out, he calmly replied, "In my experience, you can blow up the top killer's car, then join the opposing side and mooch off them."
After leaving the Organization, Sayaka fled overnight to Beika Town, where she accidentally stumbled into an undercover operation...
