The Female Lead Only Wants to Lose Weight

I want to try writing a practical weight-loss food story.

Lately, when I eat things like fresh lettuce shoots boiled in water, homemade low-oil spicy hot pot, or beef in sour soup, I sometimes feel so happy just eating them.

When you eat clean ingredients, your sense of taste becomes incredibly sharp. Even vegetables and meat that haven't been heavily seasoned taste delicious.

I still remember an article about boiled eggs that I read as a child. I remember the details even now. It was roughly about a little girl who was given a boiled egg by her mother.

Food was scarce back then, so eggs were precious. The girl thought that since her mother had given her something so precious, she couldn't bear to eat it.

Eventually, she couldn't resist any longer and nibbled away at the egg white bit by bit.

As she ate it, she wondered why the egg white tasted so good, and whether the yolk might taste even better.

But she wanted to save the yolk for her mother.

As I recall, when her mother came home from work, the two of them shared the yolk.

Ever since, whenever I eat a boiled egg, I think of that story. Even a plain, flavorless boiled egg makes me feel so happy. So I wondered: could I write a story that makes people yearn for clean eating and a healthy lifestyle?

The heroine's job is tentatively set as a streamer or a blogger who shares weight-loss diaries. She'll share her weight-loss tips and progress with her many followers.

In the end, she'll become a healthy, energetic young woman and find success in both her career and her health. (I think that's the plot?)

I wish that when this story is finished, the author and readers will each lose five kilos. Hehe.

Theme: Good health matters most!
