[Intermittent 1v1, morally chaotic melodrama]
In Star Year 2799, planetary pollution caused some humans' genes to mutate.
To maintain the normal order of life for ordinary Federation residents, the government decided to implement the "Twin Cities Plan": mutants who failed genetic testing would have their citizenship revoked and be relocated to a new district outside the city called the "Free Experimental Zone."
The new district currently has thirteen sectors, all governed by mutants themselves. Violent clashes and riots happen there year-round. It is, in short, a thoroughly chaotic, blood-soaked, uncivilized wasteland.
The powers brought on by genetic mutations made the destruction caused by conflict impossible to predict. Some could see for thousands of miles, some were as nimble as leopards, and some possessed immense strength. And then there was one who couldn't lift a thing, carry a thing, run fast, or jump high. All his "enhancements" had gone into making his body hypersensitive.
This unfortunate man's name was Jin Wuyin. He was also a troublemaker with no sense of security, a ruthless, vindictive miser who held grudges over the slightest things.
No one knew how he'd managed to become the inspector of Sector Eight in the "Free Experimental Zone."
That day, Inspector Jin lay sprawled across his bedroom bed, running his fingers over a silver pistol named "Silk Hammer" as he weighed his finances. His brow furrowed, and a shady scheme began to take shape in his mind.
