Hello, Dr. Cheng

Su Li is the eldest daughter of the Su family. Beautiful and radiant, with skin as white as snow, she looks like a delicate doll in a shop window. Her family has treasured her since she was a child.

Unfortunately, she is frail, panting every few steps and coughing every few more. She visits the hospital so often that its examination rooms feel like home.

One day, Su Li pushed open the examination room door as usual. In the pristine room, the doctor sat at a computer desk and looked up at her.

Their eyes met, and Su Li's body trembled. It was Cheng Ran.

Eight years ago, when her health took a turn for the worse, her father sent her to Germany. They had been apart for eight years. She was still frail, while Cheng Ran had become a doctor with a remarkable gift for healing.

A storm of emotions rose inside her, then finally subsided. Su Li greeted her politely. "Hello, Dr. Cheng."

In her senior year of high school, Cheng Ran fell in love with a girl from afar.

She had a lovely voice and unnaturally pale skin. She rarely came to school, and whenever she did, she liked to sit quietly by the window and gaze outside.

Later, Cheng Ran learned that she was in poor health, that her family's influence was beyond anything she could imagine, and that she had few friends.

Before the college entrance exams, she went abroad for treatment. The two never saw each other again.

In her senior year, Cheng Ran had two wishes.

First, to do well on the college entrance exams. Second, for Su Li to be healthy.

At twenty-eight, Cheng Ran had only one wish: for Su Li to be healthy.
