[BTS] S-Rank Sentinel

Fu Yuansheng has a secret. Not only can she unleash sharp mental attacks as a Sentinel, she can also act as a Guide and counsel and heal herself.

As the head of Tower Four, she has always preferred sharp attacks to arguments that never get through to anyone.

One day, a mission she was carrying out implicated an orphanage.

The enemy infiltrated the orphanage, and before long, a raging fire lit up the sky.

She fought with everything she had, but managed to rescue only seven little ones, trembling beneath the beds.

The children looked pitiful, with smudges of soot still on their faces. They stared at her with wide eyes, frightened and wary, and a few of them even showed open hostility.

Fu Yuansheng brought the whole bunch of little tykes back to Tower Four, gave them food and water, and ended up raising them.

Maybe she got lucky with her blind-box draw: all seven kids turned out to be extraordinarily gifted, and Tower Four easily gained seven more spots for S-class Sentinels.

The seven were good in every way. They carried out missions cleanly and efficiently, and their style was just like Fu Yuansheng's. The only thing was, they seemed ice-cold to outsiders, with a chill in their gaze whenever they looked at anyone.

Fu Yuansheng: ??? What chill? My kids have always been sensible, sweet, adorable, and obedient. If you people are no good, don't blame the road for being bumpy.

The seven: Yes, yes, exactly. We've always been sensible, sweet, adorable, and obedient.

Later, Fu Yuansheng was pinned against a wall, and one of her usually sensible, sweet, adorable, and obedient children murmured at her ear, their cheeks brushing: "Big Sis, can't we make the new Guide leave? I don't like the way he looks at you."
