Western Crossover: Lawyer Ma Is No Bat-Brat!

[Complete] Matthew Murdock: the Devil of Hell's Kitchen, the Man Without Fear, the blind lawyer... To describe his current situation in the style of a light novel: I transmigrated to another world, and my memories from my previous life awakened when I was in danger! ...God! Matthew swore that the line above wasn't a curse. His radar sense awakened along with his memories, and the Joker's laughter hit him so hard he nearly died on the spot. - Tim's college roommate is an upperclassman in law school. One thing worth mentioning is that he's blind. They'd barely met, since neither of them lived on campus much, but Tim had always known that, even though his roommate couldn't see, he was quite popular. He was clever, gentle, resolute in his ideals, and polite. Most importantly, even wearing sunglasses all day, it was obvious he was incredibly handsome. Other than being blind, he was practically perfect. But this had never had much to do with Tim, until he happened to see Matthew Murdock without his sunglasses. That face looked just like Bruce's! Wait, did those sunglasses have Kryptonian technology from Clark built into them or something??? - An adult Bat-kid, as Bruce put it, already had a stable life of his own. They shouldn't go and ruin it for him. But... After the few of them started keeping an eye on Matthew in secret, they noticed the injuries he often had. "Do you believe that bruise on his mouth came from falling down the stairs?" "He also said the bandage around his waist was because he missed a step and twisted something." In short, they reached a conclusion: Matthew was being bullied in secret. - Matthew, going around beating up people in a mask at night: There's too many, really, too many of them (meaning bad guys). I'm going to beat them until they're afraid to commit crimes! - *The male lead's characterization draws on various sources, but the main setup is based on the TV series; *Some OOC is inevitable; *I'll do my best to make the settings in the story feel more Western, but some things may slip through. If it doesn't affect readability, I won't change them! Coming soon: Western Crossover: Am I Actually the Mastermind Behind These Crimes? Theodore, God's gift, had a name that alone showed just how much the Waynes cherished this child. And Theodore lived up to Bruce's doting, growing up without a hitch into a perfectly ordinary, useless rich kid of the second generation. If nothing unexpected happened, he could have spent his whole life carefree, living in luxury. [You! Stop sleeping! Get up and study!] Unfortunately, he was inexplicably bound to a System halfway through his life. As Theodore rolled over and opened the criminal psychology book beside his pillow, he silently grumbled: What kind of System is this? It's like some new dad showed up at my door to scam me. - The Crime Master Training System was nearing retirement. All it wanted was a Host who could survive until the end of a mission. For that, it didn't hesitate to turn itself into a human, moving through Theodore's city as an inconspicuous vagrant. Getting a human body usually meant acquiring human emotions, too. As Theodore pointed a knife at his target and wept so hard he was sniffling and sobbing, love, control, and desire began to grow inside the System's body. The Host didn't necessarily have to complete the missions. It took the knife from Theodore. - The sole mission while bound to the Crime Master Training System: kill whoever you want dead. Theodore had never killed anyone, but he completed every one of his missions. Following the clues left behind, the Bat-family found the suspect's location and saw Theodore, whom they had all carefully protected, pinned beneath a raggedly dressed man. Theodore looked at the Dark Knight and the Robins, who had kicked the door open and charged in looking terrifying. His voice was anxious and frightened: "Don't tell my dad." "..." The System, who knew their identities. ---------------Next book coming up. If you're interested, please add it to your favorites! Theme: Only with unwavering faith can we be fearless and brave
