Blurb:

Hello, everyone. My name is Senju Haruya.

You may not know much about me,

but if I share one piece of information, you'll see me differently.

That's right, my best buddy is Hashirama.

There are only two ways to become Hashirama's friend:

First, be that Uchiha.

Or, support him and the Uchiha.

That's right, I'm not the first one.

Right now, I'm the only Senju who supports them. I even keep watch while they sneak off to meet.

Hashirama: As expected of my confidant!

Madara: ...At last, someone in the Senju clan with a bit of sense.

Then I met another Uchiha who had secretly followed them, and I became even more fond of keeping watch.

I started diligently pursuing the one I love.

Hashirama: I'll support you, my confidant!

Madara: ...Susanoo.

A sweet little story to lift your spirits.

Younger original male lead + native male recipient.

Secondary CP: Hashirama and Madara.

The Leaf Village Dream-Maker: Take This Poison Spore!

Click to watch a mushroom give everyone a perfectly happy ending!!

Poison spores are a magical fruit that comes from a very useless little mushroom.

The mushroom has one special trait: it feeds spores to everyone indiscriminately.

The spores are mildly poisonous and hallucinogenic. For half an hour, they can only tell the truth, revealing their most honest thoughts without holding anything back---

[The Night of Leaving the Village]

As Madara poured his heart out to Hashirama in an underground shrine, he said, "No one is willing to follow me..."

Hashirama, who had been about to say something about friendship, was fed a spore. The words he had meant to say, "Help me as my right-hand man," became, "Help me as my lover!"

Madara: ?

[The Battle of Kannabi Bridge]

That was when Obito's life was in danger, and Kakashi finally began to think of him as the best, and only, friend he would ever have.

Kakashi begged Obito not to die.

Obito spat out a mouthful of blood and said, "A gift to celebrate your promotion to jonin... I'll give you my Sharingan..."

After being fed a spore, Kakashi said, "You being alive is the best gift you could give me. Don't leave me, Obito..."

Obito: ?!

[The Battle at the Valley of the End]

Sasuke: Why are you so stubborn?

Naruto: Because we're friends (after being fed a spore) Because Sasuke is the most important person to me. Sasuke can leave the village, but I can't leave Sasuke.

Sasuke: !

[The Night by the Naka River]

Shisui: At the very end, I'll entrust my left eye to you.

Itachi: Shisui.

Shisui: I can only entrust it to you, my dear friend.

Itachi: I'll take it. What will you do?

Shisui: Keep moving forward with conviction. Don't miss me. (smiling) (after being fed a spore) And don't forget me, my beloved.

Itachi: ?

[The Battle at the Great Naruto Bridge]

Young Haku: Is Haku Lord Zabuza's most important weapon?

Zabuza: (coldly) You're just my tool.

Some time later

Teenage Haku: Is Haku Lord Zabuza's most important weapon?

Zabuza: (coldly) You're just a tool that's useful to me.

Some time later

Adult Haku: Is Haku Lord Zabuza's most important tool?

Zabuza: (coldly) You are (after being fed a spore) the most important person to me.

Haku: !
