Yu Yue is buried in debt from paying for her mother's medical treatment.

A former gaming teammate tells her that an upcoming full-dive game is going to be a huge hit, and suggests she go into the game as a crafting player.

Desperate to pay off her debts, Yu Yue borrows money to buy a secondhand gaming pod, only to encounter a bug on her very first day using it.

For everyone else, one hour in real life equals two hours in the game. But when Yu Yue enters the pod, one real-life hour equals four hours in the game.

While others admire the scenery, she crafts items in the production area.

While others are busy looking for romance in the game, she races all over to gather materials for crafting.

While others log off, she levels up as fast as she can so she can reach higher-level areas and gather materials to make things.

Much later, an official game reporter interviews Yu Yue: What is your secret to becoming number one on the leaderboard?

Yu Yue gives a complicated look.
